Not the prettiest, but my first attempt turned out delicious, and that’s what counts! Chocolate S’mores ice cream.

Started with [a simple cuisinart chocolate ice cream recipe](https://www.cuisinart.ca/en/recipes/desserts/simple-chocolate-ice-cream—14-servings-recipe.html), and added about 1 cup of mini marshmallows toasted via cookie sheet and oven on broil (in the future I’ll probably use wax paper and place them further apart to prevent melting together), as well as crushed honey graham crackers, and a melted Nutella swirl.

Might want to try using a stabilizer. I’ve had success with a little xanthan gum you don’t need much per batch like 1/8-1/4 teaspoon per batch.
Also I found it REALLY helps to not only chill the mixture for 24 hours, but about 20 minutes before you are ready to churn, take the mixture from the fridge and place in the freezer!
Then when it’s time to churn the mix is super duper cold.
