I cooked some healthy muffins with very simple ingredients but after cooking them, I noticed some oil at the bottom of the tray. Now I worry there’s some missing calories that are unaccounted for in my recipe lol. Thanks in advance!

It’s fat from the other ingredients.
Did you use butter by any chance? Shortening? Margarine? Fats melt in the oven, it’s normal for the excess to pool at the bottom of the pan.
You should check how much fat is in that almond flour
I think seed milk has oils that are emulsified into it?
Pretty sure it’s the mashed banana. 🍌

If it’s oil it’s from the almost flour lol. Not the syrup or banana
Rolled oats (a small amount) and the almond flower contain oils.
