All You Need:
*For Caramel*
-1 Cup White Sugar
-1/2 Cup Water
*Flan Custard*
-6 Eggs
-2 Cans of Evaporated Milk
-2 Cans of Condensed Milk
-1tsp Vanilla Extract
-Pinch of Salt
*Oven*
If cooking flan uncovered cook at lower temp of 275ยฐ for 90 minutes with the convention off or until knife comes out clean.
