About to do my first Brisket on my GMG. Just curious if I should be following recipes for cooking a flat? Thanks!!

    Looks like the point to me. Has characteristic hump, where a flat looks well flat.

    That’s the point. I usually pull it, as opposed to slicing.

    Almost positive it’s a point, but would need a full size picture of the side opposite of picture #2 to confirm
