1. Preheat oven to 375° 2. Core, peel, and finely slice the apples (you can cut them into thick dices as well, I just prefer them thin). Combine the apples with the filling ingredients in a large bowl and mix. Pour into your pie dish. 3. Mix together your flour, oats, sugars, cinnamon, and vanilla in a separate bowl. Melt the coconut oil and add to dry ingredients. Stir well. 4. Sprinkle the crumble topping over the apple filling and bake for 40 minutes. 5. Let cool for 10 minutes, serve with ice cream, and enjoy!
