Sorry there’s no sound but definitely worth the watch! Also, this same sauce works really well with Daring breaded wings

I’m not limiting myself to one tofu recipe, stupid.

  2. VanishedRabbit

Doesn’t the moisture of the sweet potatoes make the tofu less crispy?

This what I like to see, great cooking skills. I know this yum and delicious. 😋 Did you use a tofu press?

  4. Noroeste

Could you please share the written recipe as well?

Thank you so much for showing people how to do this. I actually make crispy tofu like this all the time. You even have the same oven as I do. I think showing people how to do this on parchment paper is really helpful. I see new vegan cooks ask about how to make crispy tofu regularly. It’s so easy and not messy at all.

Random Canadian here to give you a seal of disapproval for the sugar free maple syrup! 🚫
    Otherwise it looks really good.

I recommend amino acids instead of soy sauce, especially if you are fully vegan.

Looks good other than using sugar free maple syrup, just why?

I’m not sure this person understands how much a tablespoon actually is!

I usually substitute agave syrup where a savoury recipe calls for maple syrup, as it’s essentially flavourless but adds the required sweetness. I find maple syrup can overpower the other flavours.
