Ingredients:
6 champignon, 1 cup frozen spinach, 1 pack of pie dough, 125 grams cream cheese. 1 onion, salt and pepper for taste, 3 garlic cloves, 3 tbsp. butter.1 tsp thyme1/2 cup bread crumbs100-grams normal cheese

Chop mushrooms, onion, and garlic. Heat a pan/skillet and add 2 tbsp. butter. As soon as the butter melts, stir in chopped onion and garlic. Add thyme and stir well when the onion gets tender and translucent, then add chopped mushrooms. Stir until the mushrooms release water/juice. add spinach and cook until the water is reduced. Add salt and pepper.The cheese cream.The mushroom mixture is ready. keep aside.Cut the pie dough into appropriate circles/rounds fit for the metal shell mold. you can also use muffin molds. Grease the molds and fix the circles of pie pastry. Bake them for around 10 minutes at 200 c. Remove them from the oven and fill the shells with the mushrooms. sprinkle bread crumbs on top.
