Okay, so this is what it should look like. Um, I haven’t put the frozen vegetable bits in yet. Uh, but it smells very spicy. Um, I’m just waiting for the the frozen veg to defrost. [Music] Yeah, smells very spicy. [Music] There you go. So, yeah, like I said, uh chickpeas, sweet potato, onion, celery, uh carrot, um spices obviously, and stock cubes. But you can put other vegetables in like I’ve said like you could even put kidney beans in cuz I have done before. But I like green beans and and things. So I’m going to put some green beans in and uh some sugar snap peas. So yeah, that’s you can’t really see it on here, but it’s like a it’s like an orange color. It actually looks brown on the through the camera, but it’s not. is actually like a you know like um an orange color instead of a turmeric. So we’ll just cook cook this put the other vegetables in and then then it’s ready to like serve. So yeah that’s that’s chickpea stew people. [Music] Like I said my friend introduced me into this. used to make it all the time and it’s really like it takes about 10 minutes 10 15 minutes if that to make it. So it’s and it’s very healthy and you can make it vegan. I usually fry my onion in butter but obviously um I’ve used olive oil today. Um so yeah, you can make it vegan. Um and and yeah, serve it with like salad, feta cheese like I said. And uh yeah, it’s very nice. So yeah, that’s chickpea stew, everybody. I need to get these copper pans like re re like not lined. What’s it called now? Where they some of the things coming off. I’ve had them for like a few good few years. They’re very expensive, like French copper pans. Um, and they also need like I need them sand blasting or whatever so that I can clean them up a bit cuz like it’s all
