I love a recipe that calls for adding everything to a dish and leaving it to cook with no intervention.

This simple fish dish is packed with flavour. My serving suggestions include serving it with potatoes, rice or pasta, but I’ve got to admit, sometimes I don’t even bother with cooking a side dish and serve this lemon feta fish with a big wedge of crusty bread for dipping in the sauce instead.

  2. I don’t usually leave comments but wow, had it a go yesterday – was amazing! Fast, easy, and deliciousssss! Everything just pop into the oven, perfect for busy mum like me. Save lots of washing. Well done and I would love to see more recipe like this! ❤

  3. In the oven as we speak!! Kitchen Sanctuary is my favourite YouTube cooking channel- I have tried many recipes from other chefs, many well known – but often there is too much style over substance. Kitchen Sanctuary is consistently amazing- the food looks wonderful, and tastes divine- I know this one will too!

  4. We just had this for dinner tonight and it was fantastic! While I know to trust Nicky and the process, I honestly thought the capers were just going to get lost in all of those flavors but, they need to be in there as I don't think this would have been as good without those little pops of briny green deliciousness.

  5. I love this dish but there’s lots of room for improvement. Here are a few things that’ll make it better. Mix the seasoning with the cornflour and dredge the fish in this seasoned mix. Add your cherry tomatoes to the baking dish season with Salt and pepper and olive oil. I’d eliminate the chicken stock altogether because the fish will release its own liquid and there’ll be the juice from the tomatoes, which will be slightly roasted during the cook. Arrange the fish over the tomatoes and crumble the feta drizzle with olive oil and bake. Squeeze lemon immediately on taking out of the oven. Bon appetit! I am gonna try this! Thanks for the inspo ❤
