I have been smoking for awhile now and for some reason never bought a Weber kettle. Well, I'm officially 14 days into owning one and I have used it 13 of those days. Also, I know I need to work on my tying skills.

Same here. Always figure they were a joke. WRONG. Im infatuated with mine. My wife really likes it. All she has done is cook a side here and there the past month or so. Dying to get my hands on a master touch 26 now. Maybe a performer 🤔

Put a disposable aluminum pan under the chicken to catch drippings, easier clean up afterwards.
