    I just came up with it off the tip of my head. I figured I love venison, onions, garlic together and figured beef bouillon cubes might be a good addition! I used about 1 Tbs of minced garlic, 2 Tbs of chopped onions and 2 beef bouillon cubes.

    Love canned venison… We currently have several packs of chunks in the freezer. I read it’s ok to thaw (in fridge) and then can the thawed venison. We usually do our canning right after we’ve harvested and butchered. Was this from frozen? Asking because of the season (we have another month to go before bow season).
