people had a lot of opinions about my first post but u/itsmechickadee gave me the absolutely genius idea of making a crust, sooo..

here's Sally's perfect no-bake cheesecake with a salted caramel swirl (courtesy of Johnson's popcorn!) and a brown butter & caramelized white chocolate cookie crust.

I'm not usually one to say this but I could've used a bit more sugar in the cheesecake, it was almost a little too tangy. next time I'd leave out the sour cream, the lemon juice does enough work. still, pretty damn good. pardon my slicing skills I was just excited
