Korean Spicy Minced Pork Bulgogi

    – 1kg minced pork marinated with some cornstarch, cooking wine and soy sauce
    – Diced onions, carrots, and celery (can completely skip the celery – doesn’t match this dish but I had leftovers)
    – Diced scallions (separate whites/greens)
    – Minced garlic and ginger
    – Prepared sauce of gochujang, gochugaru, soy sauce, mirin, and sugar
    – Browned minced meat and removed after 6 mins
    – Cooked onions/carrots/celery and added garlic/ginger/white scallions 6 mins
    – Threw minced meat back in and add sauce, keep cooking and mixing for around 4 mins
    – Drizzle toasted sesame oil at the end after turning off the stove
    – Garnish with green scallions and sesame seeds
