El Yucateco is quite tasty and would be a staple in my household, if it wasn’t for the artificial colours and thickeners like xanthan gum that are absolutely gnarly and unnecessary.
Unless you are a company trying to maximise profits, rather than trying to make a good product… Which to be fair, most companies these days are.

I’ve never used a bottled hot sauce on fajitas. I’ve always just paired it with homemade salsa or pico de gallo.

I don’t get the rice in the taco thing. There’s not a lot of space in a tortilla why fill it up with rice? El Yucateco is overrated. Getting kinda tired of the milquetoast posts in this sub.
