Continuing to build on my BBQ skills and test different types of meat. Tonight was smoked pork belly tacos and burnt ends- can't believe we haven't had this before now. Might like it better than brisket!!

Left side was savory with Meat Church Holy Cow and Holy Gospel for a touch of sweetness.

Right side is seasoned with Heath Riles Garlic Jalapeño for the base and topped with Meat Church Honey Hog Hot for that amazing mahogany colored bark and a bit of sweet heat.

Pineapple Mango Salsa and Cilantro Lime crema to top it off…Absolutely delicious!!!
