  2. It is actually both. Skin covered fat; chicharrón, pork cracklings, rinds.

    It’s skin AND fat. I’m surprised anyone wouldn’t be able to identify that. If it’s your first time eating any skin then sure, but it works the same way on chickens as it does even humans. You have skin all over, a layer of fat underneath and muscle or bone or viscera under than
