• The glass containers are 'Igluu' from Amazon & the breakfast pots are 'Yogurt Cups' from Amazon. Dip pots are 'XHSBBB' brand also from Amazon.
• I freeze everything apart from the fruit snack & dip. I place the frozen items in the fridge overnight the day before.
• Everything tastes fine after freezing & thawing – I use mixed leaf salad and that seems to be the best at being thawed without being mulchy or slimy.

  3. I know you said you freeze everything- just checking that is true for the breakfast parfaits ? I make mine 5 days in advance but never thought of freezing them.
