    pico de gallo is tomatoes, onion, cilantro, lime juice, salt. Dressing is 1/2 T vegan mayo, lime juice, siracha, dash salt. There is also a small amount of avocado in the bowl, which is included in the calories (but left out of title).

    The Gardein fillets were baked in the oven and seasoned with a dash of chili, smoked paprika, and salt.

    I was going to add pickled onion, but decided it was too much extra work.
