    This is my go to comfort food for when I want carbs but also want to get some nutrients in. Wholewheat fusilli with cherry tomatoes, spinach, garlic, olive oil (truffle oil if I’m feeling fancy) and seasoning. Like a hug on a plate!

  2. Way too much carbs for me. Spikes blood glucose. I try to measure the pasta for under 15 grams per meal.
