I do this every Thanksgiving and Easter. I make a bourbon glaze to put on top to finish. Stick in broiler to set! It turns out amazing and a fan favorite.

The colour looks amazing, what rub did you use?

I’m not a big spiral slice guy, but it sure makes the carving a breeze. I usually just make my own glaze with brown sugar, honey, and Dijon. I also put on about 40-50 cloves I insert those in the ham.

This is my Easter plan. Will probably do a test run around Christmas.

Reheating cooked meat. Fancy

I did this solely based on a dude’s post from this spring. I’ll never do pulled pork another way. It was out of this world. I have a family of three so that one smoke and some vacuum sealing gives us 4 meals for less than $50.
