    Looks lovely, normally the jam is the bottom layer and second layer is pastry cream, but this one looks amazing, one of the better I seen.

    Oh I am Swede and I eaten too much prinsesstårta so I am not so found of it.

    I have never heard of this cake before, but I am OB-SESSED to say the least. It’s gorgeous, looks delicious and i LOVE the layering! I NEED to try this ASAP!!!!
