Very pleased with how my first pie crust from scratch came out!

Crust is “Homemade Buttery Flaky Pie Crust” by Sally’s Baking Addiction & I used her “Chicken Pot Pie” recipe with some deviations

    Fantastic.

    I feel like every restaurant goes for far too many, far too large chunks of chicken as some kind of bragging rights. Like, they’re trying to prove they’re a good value. And it just ends up being way too much chicken.
