hello friend or friends little tip if you uh want your cats to love you make this dish we will be making a rice shrimp salad if that’s something you want to see then do not adjust your screen no she really wants shrimp she’ll see it a little bit later so this is an easy salad to throw together make your rice if you have an Instant Pot put your rice in one cup and a third for each cup of rice misty and then three minutes and 10 minutes release and you’re just going to scoop however much you want oh sorry in the bowl I have a zesty Italian dressing and some mayo you can use Greek yogurt if you want or sour cream or just a creamy dressing i like getting zesty Italian dressing but I don’t actually like zesty Italian dressing it’s a little too zesty misty where is she she’s just [Music] staring a little more no and this is great if you have leftovers there’s nothing wrong with that so chip it mix to your heart’s [Music] desire and then I already pre-cut up all of my cucumber you can put peppers in this i’ve done that that’s good too and then diced up shrimp i like to dice up my shrimp instead of putting whole shrimp in chip likes them diced up too chip Chip likes them any which way they come um these are just poached but if you have cooked shrimp you just just chop them up and put them on go on go on Misty just got to move that just got to move that anyway chop them up then you get nice shrimp bites and everybody and I know I took out a spoon for that beside your pole i always film without my glasses on so then I lose things cuz I can barely see with my glasses on and I like to put cottage cheese in if you don’t like cottage cheese just chop up a cheese that you do like and put that in it just adds a little extra protein extra protein extra creaminess extra kittens extra kittens i’m just going to finish this off and it’s this is a measure to how many people you’re serving and if you want leftovers and you can make this and leave it in the fridge and it stays perfectly fine so if you’re going somewhere where no one has shrimp allergies it’s a great place it’s a great dish and if you have cats it’s a great fish and if you have cats like I said you can put in peppers whatever kind of vegetables you like thawed fresh or frozen peas would be good peas would be fine you could add lettuce to it too i think I’ve done that a couple of times i just would never add arugula but that’s cuz I don’t like arugula that’s cuz it’s scratchy on your throat arugula and then when I serve it up I have some avocado i just don’t put in avocado in the mixture in case you are putting in the fridge overnight i will serve up in just a second all right so uh as mom pointed out you can also use leftover rice on this it’s perfectly great to use it up if you’re like “Oh hey I have rice.” I’m just using a pack of guacamole or avocado not guacamole we like to get it when it’s on and then just stick it in the freezer put a nice little spoonful on top and then if you want to be fancy take a whole shrimp put it on top it’s pretty that’s what the picture will look like your cats might kill you when you’re sleep don’t leave it unattended but it’s quick easy high protein all your carbs and fiber and healthy healthy fats everything you could need it’s a great salad for anytime especially coming into the summer months till next time stay caffeinated stay cozy
