we figured out a way to get your tofuhating friends to become obsessed with it This crispy maple glazed tofu checks all the boxes It’s easy to make requires just eight ingredients and it’s the perfect mix of sweet and savory Everyone’s going to love it First press a block of extra firm tofu and then dice it into 1in cubes We have our seasoning blend here and we’ll mix that with some cornstarch in a large bowl Add the tofu and toss that up until it’s fully coated Then fry it up in some neutral oil until it’s golden brown and crispy Mix in some soy sauce maple syrup and rice vinegar and allow that to cook for a few more minutes And then finish it off with some sesame seeds and green onions You can find the full recipe now live on the Sweet Simple Vegan blog The direct link is in both of our bios

  1. I've tried this but I added homegrown pineapple (diced) and and honestly it's tastes as delicious as it looks πŸ˜‹πŸ‡―πŸ‡²

  2. Made it!! Loved it. Added peanuts at the end and fine diced pineapple. Swapped everything bagel seasoning i stead of just sesame

  3. You lost me at the cornstarch… I watch too much Dr. Eric Berg for that πŸ€£πŸ€·β€β™€οΈ oh well.

  4. made something similar. I still cant get over the texture and inner non flavor of tofu. I want to like it. but it tastes like nothing

  5. What is "neutral oil" ? Won't olive oil do ? Because that is the only kind of oil I use for all my cooking.
