Let me show you how to make a protein-packed healthy and delicious dense bean salad. Extra virgin olive oil, lemon zest and juice, vinegar, dried oregano, honey and mustard. Add chickpeas, black beans, and canalini beans. Let them marinate while you chop the veggies, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, scallions, parsley, and crumble feta. Toss it all together.
