A twist to the traditional Serbian Burek and Greek Tiropita (cheese pie).
Instead of using phyllo, use Rice Paper.
Blend feta cheese, one egg, another cheese of choice, chives (or even chili flakes for kick) and add to soaked rice sheets.
Fold, curl and put in the air fryer for 15 minutes at 400.
Optional: brush olive oil on the cheese pie and sprinkle sesame seeds before putting in the air fryer.
