Have you ever tried roasting Brussels sprouts? If you haven’t, you’re in for a treat. This recipe has a wonderful combination of sweet, salty, sour, and spicy. The Brussels sprouts come out tender on the inside and crispy on the outside. You’ll need one pound of Brussels sprouts, 1 tbsp of soy sauce, half a teaspoon of Sriracha sauce. You could also add a teaspoon if you have a higher tolerance for spice. 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper, 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder, half a teaspoon of onion powder, a tablespoon of vegetable oil or olive oil, and 1 and 1/2 to 3 teaspoon of honey. And you can also add some lime juice. For the Brussels sprouts, cut off the ends and cut them into half. You want the pieces to be uniform. Stir together the soy sauce, Sriracha sauce, onion powder, pepper, garlic powder, olive oil, honey, and you can also add a couple of teaspoons of lime juice if you like. Stir all the ingredients to make a smooth paste, and coat the Brussels sprouts with the sauce. I’m going to oil the basket with a paper towel that’s been soaked with some oil. You could also just spray some oil onto the basket. Add the Brussels sprouts to the basket and air fry for 14 minutes at 375° F. Halfway through the cooking time, shake the basket or use a spatula to stir up the Brussels sprouts. And this way, you can also check and see how they’re doing. If they’re browning too quickly or too much, you can reduce the temperature and you can also reduce the cooking time. Continue cooking. And once the cooking time is done, you can check on the Brussels sprouts and see if they’re cooked through. If you need to, you can cook them for another minute or two. This recipe makes a great side dish. Thank you so much for watching. I hope you enjoy the recipe and I’ll see you next
