Today we’re making Oreo birthday cake rice krispie treats. And I swear I say this every time, but these might be my new favorite. And I have a lot of Rice Krispie treat recipes on my site. So, I tried something new cuz I’m always trying to see if I can make things easier for you guys. So, I browned my butter like normal, but I sprayed a big bowl with non-stick cooking spray, added my mini marshmallows, and put them in the microwave for like 30 seconds just to see if they would incorporate easily. And that worked so well. So, that got them nice and soft. So when I mixed them into the brown butter, it was way easier. I also added cake batter extract along with vanilla extract. And wow, this took these to the next level. It actually made them taste very much so like a copycat of the original Rice Krispie treats from the blue little package. So good. And then I obviously added a ton of chopped Oreos and sprinkles inside. Poured white chocolate on top, topped with more. And look how gooey and just incredible these are, guys. These are honestly one of my new favorites. You got to give this recipe a try.
