    You could have at the very least separated all of the whites from the yokes. It looks like you put a lot of work into this and just gave up at the end.

  5. You need to separate the whites from the yolks. Obviously, it’s less nutrious that way but it’s much more plateable and eatible.

    Have you ever added raw garlic to your ramen? Before ramen became super popular my favorite local spot (the good ones were mostly a 45 min drive) would offer a clove and a garlic press. Of course I said yes. It was so good.

    Serving size looks immense. We do something similar except I do ramen eggs with jammy yolks.

    I personally prefer cooked egg with my ramen, but to each their own. Looks delicious.
