Back at it after a year long break to lose the last 10lbs! Weighing and tracking my food again will take some getting used to, but it felt really easy today.

Everything except the gelato is homemade. Highly recommend cooking your own beans, a $2 bag made over 10 servings. And it tastes so much better.

I couldn’t believe I had 200 calories leftover at the end of the day. I thought about using it on a nice big glass of wine but I’m trying not to drink during the week anymore, so gelato it was!
