You can use my ingredient combo or mix and match your own. I roasted some peppers from my garden. Then, I layered on beans, quinoa, lettuce, tomato, and green onion. I added some avocado and radish, and a side of my favorite taco sauce. And then came those gorgeous fililelets right on top.
