Sneaking in arugula because we can. Some gugs. Gold beef. We’re going to boil them. If you’re wondering if gold beads still stain, they do. We’re going to grill porttoella mushroom and zucchini. [Music] Let’s throw on those beets, too. Why not season those mushrooms? The flavor when you grill it. Oh god, beautiful heirloom tomato. We’re in business. Pesto, zucchini, arugula, fresh lemon, balsamic glaze, too. Light drizzle of olive oil. Vegan pepper jack. Tomato. Porttoella mushroom. Beets. Pickled onion.
