Garlic with samgyeopsal is unbeatable.
I can’t really eat raw garlic, so I always grill mine.
Grilled kimchi with it is amazing too, though my clothes end up looking like I’m wearing a sequin shirt made out of chili flakes.

    Garlic cloves right on the bbq is the way to go. Slice of the pork, charred clove dipped in a little ssamjang in a crisp lettuce leaf, any radish or kimchi — salivating just thinking about it
