I absolutely hate to waste things and unfortunately I let this sourdough bread go stale so all I did was slice it pretty thin put it in the oven at 350 until it was nice and crispy broke it up put it in a food processor blitzed it until it was pretty coarse just for versatility and I store in an airtight container in the fridge and I can use it for a variety of recipes

  1. Just put tomatoes, olive oil and a lil something else like feta and olives or cucumber or celery and you'll have a delicious Panzanella

  2. It would be a lot more helpful if you told the viewers what you did with the crumbs… so I refrigerate a bunch of old bread, then what? These hacks are very helpful without a follow-through

  3. Girl, my big back would have put butter and honey on that, some fresh mozzarella cheese, walnuts, and, arugula. Popped that in the oven and eat.

  4. Best part is you didn't see the baby grabbing for food, wrestling to get down, you just see the baby poof! And now she magically has all hands free! 😂😂😂 Social media is so baloney.

  5. Just rinse half loaf under the tap (don't slice) and bake at 350 again briefly until it smells/feels like freshly baked bread again. You're welcome.

  6. I put it in a food grinder and it grinds up too bread crumbs. I often put my seasoning in there and I don't have to worry about it when I'm breading something

  7. Make the original French toast… slice it abound 3/4 inch thick, butter the tops, lay them butter side up in a baking dish, and soak them in a custard of milk, raw eggs, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Should come about halfway up the bread or a lil more but not cover it. Let it sit and absorb that raw custard. Even overnight.

Bake the next day til the tops are golden.

You haven’t had French toast til you had the original… heavenly
