Pancho Lopez is known for their excellent carnes en su jugo. I think their tacos and torta are even better but perhaps my favorite thing about this place are their free chips and salsa. The chips are always warm and never too thick or too thin. The salsas are all fantastic. If anyone knows how to recreate the middle red salsa, please let me know. It has incredible flavor.
