  1. I have noticed as a health care person , everything is inflammation. Stomach inflammation…UC…. inflammation of the liver….. hepatitis….. has anyone else noticed this, or am I just weird?

  3. Tell that to my dr here in Southern California who told me now to eat any herbs and spices that they are all bad and to through it all out including my black pepper. That no one should eat herbs and spices 😡🤬

  4. My deep southern diet was ironically healthier than my midwestern family’s diet. I didn’t use lots of fats and creams. I used oils, spices, and a mix of raw and sautéed veggies for an upset stomach. They go “you’re insane! Spicy food?” I was like “yeah spicy stuff can actually decrease inflammation in the gut that causes nausea.” 😂 I literally have a stash of hot sauce to dab on my finger to stop nausea.

  7. Dr. Berg is a whacky Scientologist…I can’t believe anyone who believes in Zenu, nor anyone who refuses to speak to his son Ian because he was labeled a “suppressive person”. Also, he’s a chiropractor, not a an MD or DO. He only talks about how amazing things are if you can buy them from him, which of course you can. Buy his snake oil if you want, just know who/what you’re supporting.

  9. Does everything need data? To even get data there has to be trials which require PATIENTS and FUNDING. Yea there’s existing trials on those other products but black seed is better and needs to be researched more. This why I don’t go to doctor anymore. Black seed is backed by Islamic religious reasons for centuries and claims to be a cure for everything but death.

    Our ancestors used mustard oil for body yet today we spend thousands on trials for stupid cosmetic products. Hence why those products are recommend by doctors yet things that have been there for centuries like mustard oil are not.

  10. I dont care about studies anymore. I have tried ginger and turmeric and it had wonderful benefits for me. I am on day 2 of black seed oil and my stomach bloating is 50% down. Using it on my eczema fingers for abt 3 days. It scabbed the affects portions and now that part is slowly shedding and revealing healed skin. And I am not even done with the 3rd day lol.
