Classic Tuna MeltClassic Tuna Melt
I would say this is a guilty pleasure, but I eat it on the regular and it is one of my favorite things in the world. Going to mix some mayo, dijon, and lemon juice. We got some spring onions, gerkins, parsley, and some seasoning. Then mix in your tuna and butter up some bread. And I like two different cheeses. We’re going to go for some cheddar and then some red leester. Then toast both sides in a pan until it’s gorgeously crisp on the outside and the cheese goes nice and gooey in the center. And there you have my favorite way to make the absolute classic tuna melt. You cannot beat it with a packet of crisps. And I also love doussing some hot sauce over the top at the end. And a full written recipe is just below.
