Hi friends, welcome to my channel! Today, I’m here with you to make one of the most delicious breads from Turkey. Are you ready? Actually, the power went out at the end, so I had to finish baking it in the neighbor’s bakery oven. Sift 275 grams of flour. This helps aerate the flour and improves the final fermentation. Add 15 grams of bread improver. Add 10 grams of instant yeast. Add 4.5 grams of salt. Add 20 grams of sugar. Mix the dry ingredients well. Gradually add the water and knead the dough until it comes together. Add 10 grams of oil and knead the dough until it becomes smooth and uniform. I’d love to know which country you’re watching from—please share in the comments! Please support my channel—it really encourages me! Let the dough rest for half an hour to allow it to rise and increase in volume. I have many bread recipes on my channel. I recommend checking it out, and if you like, please follow me! Who here has experience baking simit at home? Share your baking joys with me and everyone else! Following the video, roll out the dough balls and stretch them up to one meter long. Lift the dough from the middle, hold one side, and shape the other side. Secure both ends of the dough. Dip the dough in the molasses and water mixture, then roll it in sesame seeds. If you enjoyed this tutorial, please hit the like button ❤️ to support me! Let it rest for 30 to 45 minutes until it doubles in size. Bake at 200°C (392°F) for 15 minutes. Preheat the oven on high heat for 20 minutes, and place a tray at the bottom to create steam for baking the simit properly. Pour boiling water into the tray to create plenty of steam. The power went out in my house, so I continued baking in my neighbor’s bakery oven. I hope you enjoyed this tutorial. Until the next video, take care of yourselves!
