X fish izakaya

Food was a little disappointing for the price point and an hour long wait. The fish to rice ratio isn't great. The rice isn't fresh and feels days old. The taste was okay at best, the appetizers seemed like they were just heated in the microwave. The food came out pretty slowly but it was packed. I got the signature AYCE package for 39.99 because the lunch special seemed like a major downgrade. The variety isn't great for the quality of food that comes out. The place looks very upscale in the center of downtown and the service was really good. I wouldn't recommend going to this place as there are so many better options around that tastes better with better prices.
