Buffalo Sauce:
- ½ cup hot sauce (e.g., Frank’s RedHot)
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- Optional: ½ tsp cayenne pepper
Garnish & Serving:
- Fresh green onions, sliced
- Celery sticks (optional)
- Keto ranch or blue cheese dressing (optional)
– Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C), line baking sheet with parchment.
- Pat chicken dry, mix oil + seasonings, rub all over chicken.
