Wanted to share some tuna rolls/nigiri and spicy crab rolls I made :)
I know it’s not the prettiest, but making sushi is something I love to do on a slow weeknight! I use raw salmon at home a lot, this is my first time doing tuna! (safe for raw consumption)

That’s a very nice selection of nigiri and Maki, and I’m sure your efforts in creating it were well rewarded.

I’ve never made sushi before but this picture makes me really want to!! Like yes they’re not perfect, but isn’t that kind of the point of making them at home? They don’t have to be? I think that’s really cool!

That nigiri looks huge! Less rice next time.
Also, r/wewantplates would like a word.

Looks amazing, but those handles hanging over the counter edge are really bothering me….

Bro the rolls look good but the nigiri rice portion and slices are criminal 🤣

Idk why but the tuna topped onto a normal roll and not an inside out roll disturbs me. There’s literally no reason it should. It’s the same ingredients, just in a different order.
