Chicken BLT Salad 🥗🍅🥓 It’s creamy, savory, and loaded with all the BLT goodness you love… plus using a rotisserie chicken instead of cooking your own is a huge time saver. This came together in just about 10 min.

Here’s what you’ll need:
• ½ cup plain Greek yogurt (or use all mayo)
• ⅓ cup mayonnaise
• 1 tbsp ranch seasoning
• Salt & pepper, to taste
• 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
• 1 avocado, diced
• 8 strips center-cut bacon, chopped
• 4 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
• ⅓ cup green onions, diced

Just mix everything together in a large bowl and portion into containers for the week. This one’s perfect for a quick lunch, easy dinner, or picnic-friendly meal prep.

💡 Meal Prep Tip: if you want… Keep the avocado separate until serving to keep it from oxidizing.
