   Most people don’t realize the that brand and package is just that. Big canneries make many brands. Those are brands for the Spanish market. They make Matiz, Fishwife, and other brands for the US. Look for products from Galicia, using olive oil. Higher end fish will also cost more, such as bonito del norte.

   Everything is less expensive in Spain, but high end products, like Galicia clams, baby eels, and percebes are still expensive.

   All so delicious!
