Easy 3 ingredient Halloween treat

I make halloween cookie ice cream sandwiches.

All right, these were just my Pillsberry ghost shaped sugar cookie dough. Now, we’re going to go ahead and grab our two pans filled and pop them in the oven for the box instructions. All right, these finished up super quick. Let’s go ahead and put one to the side. So, for this one, I did put my ghost upside down, and that’s going to be for a reason. Now, I’m coming in with some cookies and cream ice cream. Oh, yeah. The best ice cream. Now, you could obviously use whatever ice cream you like, but I think the cookies and cream just tastes so good with that sugar cookie. And we’re just going to go ahead and do some scoops right on top of those cookies. I did let the cookies cool down completely so that the ice cream won’t just melt right on top. We do not want to put this ice cream on top of hot cookies. So, we’re going to go ahead and use this whole thing of ice cream just right in that pan right on top of those cookies. You guys will see what we’re doing in a second. But just get that nice juicy ice cream in there. Oh, I love cookies and cream. This is going to be so decadent. That whole carton right in there. Now, I’m going to go ahead and grab my spatula and I’m just going to flatten out my ice cream the best I can. Don’t be too aggressive because you don’t want to break that cookie underneath. You just want a nice flat layer. And you’ll see why in just a second. The great thing about Briar’s ice cream is that it’s always nice and soft right out of the freezer. You don’t even need to really give it any thaw time in order to like get this nice spreaded consistency. This is coming together so well. Okay, that looks just about right. Now, we’re going to go ahead and grab our other cookie tray. Now, I did grease this pan, so it should just pop right out. Just give it a little shake. Look at that. The perfect cookie. Carefully place that cookie right on top of our ice cream. Press it down oh so lightly. And now this is going to go in the freezer for about 30 minutes. All right, you guys. Flip this out and give it a little. There we go. Okay. Peel back that parchment paper. Look at those little ghosties. They’re so cute. All right, let’s see if we can cut ice cream sandwiches. Oh yeah. Okay, now we could just stop there, but of course we got to add some sprinkles. So, I’m going to go ahead and dump my Halloween sprinkles out right here. That whole thing. Grab our cute little ghost ice cream sandwich. And just And there we go. Look how cute that is. Oh my. These are the most epic ice cream sandwiches ever. Okay, let’s go ahead and give this a bite. Cannot wait any longer. So
