Really happy with the result! Decided to do a bread too that just happened to be the best one I’ve managed to do yet
Everything roasted until charred, put into a pot and cooked down a bit more, herbs added, blended and then adjusted for my consistency

This is supposed to be picture 2. Picture 2 not working in the main post on my end
Bravo! That’s a tour de force! I made a simpler version of roast tomato soup a week or two ago. (Mine didn’t have celery, even though I’m sure its a good addition.) Having it with home-made bread is perfect!
That looks amazing!
Nice work.
What cages do you use? I have a 5 gal bucket with the circle cages. But my tomatoes are outgrowing the cages in length upwards.
I think I need like a 7 ft pole to tie the stems to.
Looking for ideas.
That soup looks scrumptious though! I love the colors too! I hold it was bomb!!
This looks absolutely delicious, nothing beats the flavor of homegrown tomatoes! Roasting them first really brings out the best in them. That bread looks incredible too, perfect for dipping!
