the perfect summer salad dressing does exist in this form of a lemon honey vinegrett it’s my go-to salad dressing that I use on just about everything if you like something that’s citrusy sweet a little tart this is for you we’re going to take juice from half a lemon about a teaspoon of dijon mustard dried oregano or rosemary and then honey salt and then we’re going to immersion blend that or blend that make sure it’s mixed well first and then we’re going to slowly add extra virgin olive oil or avocado oil about half a cup until it’s nice and thick and creamy like so make sure you blend while you add it so it gets creamy and emulsified this salad dressing is always a hit i always have it on hand in my fridge forestry will be on my
