Looking for Bánh Tôm!

I ate this incredible dish in Montreal and I’m looking for it in Toronto. It’s called Bánh Tôm, a shrimp and sweet potato fritter. Can you recommend a restaurant in east end or Scarborough that makes this? Thanks!
