holy shit! this is a game changer for scrambled eggs! but I can see why I cannot use the miso paste that I have for making cookies since it is mixed with dashi,but I know now that I can use it for savory dishes

How many eggs and how much miso?
I think you could use the miso w/dashi for cookies. Why not? I don’t think the final product is going to taste like fish. Just slightly savory, like salted caramel, kettle corn, etc.
This reminds me of when I would make miso butter and fry eggs in it! Just melt some butter, add miso, and fry up some over easy eggs. Put it over some rice and it’s such a delicious breakfast. Really recommend making miso butter! You can probably fry up other stuff in it too like fish or veggies.

Mix it in with instand ramen. It’s a game changer. That or any soup you’re making.
