What? You said you want to know what I made? Well, stay tuned. I’ll show you exactly what I made. On the stove, I have some boiling sea salt water in the oven at 375. I’m going to stick some garlic cloves in there with some avocado oil. I’m boiling down the cauliflower. You’ll know when the cauliflower is done when you can literally take that spoon and literally just slice right through that mug. Just like that. Done. Let’s get the mashing. So, I’m going to add those garlic cloves that I roasted in the oven into the cauliflower mash. I do not use regular milk. It just don’t stick right with me. So, I use almond milk or coconut. It is a little sweet, but that’s what the seasonings are for. Okay? So, do not come for me. Now, I’m going to shave down some coconut, freshly shaved, cuz the already pre-shave one is too sweet, too much added sugar. We do not do that around here. All right. So, and some allpurpose flour. I have some smoked paprika, some black pepper, and some sea salt. With the coconut shavings, you’re going to add some poco bread in there. And then in that bowl, you’re going to add two eggs. And you’re going to mix it up really good. The chicken has already been cleaned and some vinegar and water. And I cut it down to look like chicken strips. So, this is me mixing it all the stuff together. Yeah, I tried to be bougie with that first thing. I had to put my hand all up in there. Put your foot in it. All right. Then you’re going to go ahead and put it in the oil. My oil has already been preheated. This chicken right here, I will be making this again. Yo, so good. All right. So, some bag Brussels sprouts that I got, we’re going to stick that in the oven at 375. Then you want to take it out and you Yeah, I sure did. I used a measuring cup. Mhm. It did the job. It got the job done. So, you’re going to smash down these Brussels sprouts just like that. Mhm. Smash them all down. They going to come out looking just like that. So, for the seasonings, I use steak seasonings and I used minced onions. That’s it. I did not put any oil on it. I just Yeah. So, you’re going to stick that back in the oven for about 3 to I mean, not three, five to 10 minutes just to get it a little, you know, roasted. So, we’re going to add some parmesan on the top of it. that good old pome gel light it stick it in the oven for an extra five minutes really not too long. So I have my lemon I squeezed out. We’re making a sauce right now. Some organic honey. Some red crushed peppers. I did add Texas peak hotter than hot sauce. Mix it up real good. This is what I made guys. Some coconut chicken with some garlic cauliflower mash. some roasted Parmesan Brussels sprouts and with that honey and hot
