Recipe👇🏼
Ingredients:
500g Turkey Mince
1 Brown Onion
1 Red Bell Pepper
100g Mushrooms
3 Cloves Garlic
250ml Passata
800ml Chicken Stock
1 tsp, Garlic Granules, Paprika, Dried Oregano
320g Penne Pasta
80g Grated Mozzarella
1 Garlic Baguette

Method
Add a drizzle of oil to a pot and then bring to a medium heat.
Add in the turkey mince and cook until browned.
Add in the onions, garlic, bell pepper and mushroom and combine, continue to cook until the veggies have softened.
Add in the seasonings, coat and cook for a few minutes to let the flavours infuse.
Pour in the pasta, passata and stock, combine and cover, allow to cook for 20 minutes or until the pasta is fully cooked and the liquid has been absorbed, stirring frequently.
Once this has finished cooking, if there is still a lot of liquid add a cornflour slurry or (if you have them) some chicken gravy granules to thicken and then sprinkle the cheese on top and then pop the lid back on for a few minutes to allow the cheese to melt.
Serve with garlic bread and that’s it! Enjoy.

This is recipe number one of my five family dinners for under30. And this is the one pot turkey bolognese pasta. Every time I make my turkey bolognese, you all go mad. So, I’m just finding all sorts of things to put it on at this point. But this was unbelievable. To be fair, I think I’m just Bolognese’s number one fan. I feel like it’s very versatile. You can have it on anything. But I absolutely love it with turkey mints. It just changes the flavor up that little bit and makes you feel like you’re having something different. Anyway, it’s super super easy to make. The whole recipe is in the caption and I will add it to the comments as always. This recipe can also be found on my app as well as a catalog of all of my recipes. The app is a week ahead, so all of the meal plans go on there first, but otherwise, I will still be posting my meal plans on here as well. I really, really hope you enjoy this recipe. My whole family did, and we had enough for some the next day, so that was just perfect. It’s so easy to make and it’s all in one pan. I did use corn flour to thicken it up, but if you have chicken gravy granules in the cupboard, definitely use those because that flavor would be amazing.
